Stress and Performance
Coincidentally, I have been working on some material in my personal wellness class on stress management and also managed to see a great post by coach/therapist Patrick Ward in the same week. The result was a bit of an epiphany.. here is the new blog
Welcome to my blog! I hope that you like it and that it might help you get that extra edge in your training in the future! The purpose of this blog is multi-faceted. The first is to express the knowledge that I have gained over the years in writing form, and to start getting used to organizing my thought processes in order to become more adept as an author in the future. The second is to start making a name for myself in this industry, in which success if often defined by who you know, rather than how good you are. Finally, I write to provide clarity in a world of "vertical jump swindlers". I have found that those who really desire knowledge will eventually find it through one means or another, and it is my hope that the means is not paying un-necessary dollars on under-educated and under-experienced coaching material.
